The Synchronicity of the Non-synchronous was presented at the Sandberg Instituut Gallery space in June 2019.

The piece intends to provoke a reflection on the ambivalence of the passing of time in a digitally mediated world, and the flattening of our sensory experiences.

While reading the text that makes up this composition, I activate the four metronomes on the platform randomly, which, start out of sync, but throughout the performance, they become synchronized and physically coupled to each other, which becomes a powerful visual and sonorous manifestation that supports the text.
